The area of the former Žižkov Freight Station is one of the largest brownfield sites in the wider city center of Prague, covering more than 70 hectares. It is currently being transformed into a new residential district developed by six major development companies. The northern part of the site, along Malešická Street and K Červenému dvoru Street, is being developed by Penta Real Estate in cooperation with Sudop Invest.
